Part of the continued expansion of the historic Jamaica Inn, this project comprised a single storey farm shop extension with granite cobbled entrance.

This project comprised the removing, repairing and renewing of the existing Cornish Delabole slate roof.

NORTH HILL

This project comprised the conversion and extension of a former Duchy of Cornwall shippon to create a detached, 3 bedroom, modern barn conversion.

EGLOSKERRY

Single storey extension with stone and red brick facing, in keeping with the original features of this period barn conversion.

BUDE

This project comprised the erection of a new stone wall with white granite capping, rounded top granite pillars and chunky timber fencing.

TREMAIL

We were tasked with restoring and renovating the existing two storey barn to provide a semi-detached 2 bedroom holiday cottage.

BOLVENTOR

As part of their future extension plans, we were tasked with extending the existing Jamaica Inn restaurant to provide additional dining space and seating.

This project comprised the construction of a bespoke smoking pavilion set within the grounds of the historic Jamaica Inn.

NORTH HILL

We were tasked with repairing and renewing the existing Cornish Delabole Rag slate roof.
