Duchy of Cornwall Shippon Conversion

This project comprised the conversion and extension of a former Duchy of Cornwall shippon to create a detached, 3 bedroom, modern barn conversion. 

We sourced materials from a range of local businesses including Cornish granite and Delabole Rag slate. The modern single storey extension with floating corner and bi-folding doors, provides an open plan kitchen/living space. The project was finished with an area of decking, patio and formal lawns, overlooking the surrounding countryside.
