TG BUILDING CONTRACTORS

TG Building Contractors is an established construction company based in Launceston, Cornwall. We provide a range of construction services across Cornwall and Devon for both commercial and domestic clients. Our work ranges from new build dwellings to barn conversions, roofing, extensions, groundworks and landscape gardening. Specialising in the conversion and renovation of period and Listed properties, we have a sympathetic approach to older buildings, working with natural, locally sourced materials, including Delabole Rag slate and flagstones, Cornish granite and lime mortar.

THOMAS GAY

Tom has worked in the construction industry for nearly 14 years. His qualifications include a Level 3 BTEC National Certificate in Construction and Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Tech Installation from City College, Plymouth. Whilst studying, Tom was employed by a local building and landscaping firm, carrying out a range of activities from landscape gardening and stone walling, to property renovations.


Tom became self-employed in 2010 and has worked for both commercial and domestic clients. His work has included retail shop and residential renovations, Grade II Listed cottage restorations, barn conversions and restaurant extensions.

HEALTH & SAFETY

We recognise the importance of site and construction Health and Safety. Our sites are suitably managed, monitored and co-ordinated when all construction work takes place, ensuring the health and safety of all who might be affected by the work, including members of the public.
Thomas Gay has done a lot of work for me. If you need a builder to give you a very good outcome to your dreams, Tom is the man to call. Everything he tackles, he gives it 100%.
